Term 2 – 2019 Inter-School Ball Game Competitions.

On Thursday 23rd May 2019, we participated in the Ongata South Cluster Private Schools Ballgames Competition. We gave it our best and were successful in achieving the below to proceed to the next zonal competitions on Wednesday 29th May 2019. The proceeding participants will form a combined team with other schools:
– Soccer boys 9 players
– Soccer girls 7 players
– Volleyball boys 4 players
– Volleyball girls 5 players
– Netball girls 6 players

Cluster Athletics Competition

SPORTS UPDATE : Cluster Athletics Competition Held at Nakeel Grounds on Wednesday 13th March, 2019 :Out of ten schools namely,Thorn Tree, Bright Star, Riverview, Everbest,  Bookland, St. Annes, Gataka Hope, Joy Junior and Olerai Schools Below is a summary of how our School performed. In a 100m boys; Daniel King’ola 8 Yellow was position 1 and Timothy Masinde 7 Blue was position 3. In 100m girls; Marlene Akinyi 8 Yellow   was position 2 and Teresia Wambui 8 Red was position 3. In the  4×100m boys relay our team won the gold medal, While the girls team won the silver medal. We also managed to produce the best team in mixed relay. The team will be proceeding to the next level – Zonal Athletics Competition. We are proud of our team.

Olerai School Kiserian – Open Day

We had a successful Open Day at Olerai School Kiserian on Friday 22nd November, 2018 and 23rd November, 2018. Prospective parents and pupils had a chance to tour the school and discussions with our teachers. Olerai Schools – K.C.P.E. 2017 Results

We have hit the headlines with exemplary performance and again showed our bright star by posting 28 candidates with over 400 marks with the leading pupil, Faith Cheruto, scoring 437 marks out of the possible 500 marks. We had 99 candidates in total and have achieved a mean score of 379 marks.

We appreciate the 2017 candidates who were very disciplined and organized. Our teachers and pupils were very committed thus bearing the fruits of excellence. The parents have also been wonderful and we appreciate their partnership with us. We are happy that together, we are enjoying the fruits of our labour.

We are a group of schools that includes a nursery school – Joliday Nursery School in Ongata Rongai, a day primary school – Olerai Primary School in Ongata Rongai and a boarding primary school – Olerai School – Kiserian, in Kiserian which will open its doors in January 2018.

Joliday Pre-Primary Graduation Ceremony

On 8th November 2017, the Joliday Pre-Primary Graduation ceremony was held at our school. The event was of great success.
